* Our prices include some teaching material (e.g. authentic reading material and
some photocopies). Depending on the situation, we may recommend a course book. An
additional cost may be added to cover the teachers' travel expenses when they have
to work outside their usual teaching area.
Cancellation
policy for one to one lessons
We have a standard 24-hour notice policy. If you reschedule your
lesson at least 24 hours before, you will not be charged.
Cancellation
policy for group lessons
There is a standard 24-hour notice policy. As long as the whole group agrees
to reschedule a lesson within 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, the class
is simply postponed to a more convenient date. However, if more than 50%
of
a group
is able to attend and are willing to have one, the lesson
will not be postponed.
